Returns:

MOSİDAR has a 14-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, you can return it to us within 14 days after receiving it. You must send an e-mail to contact@mosidar.com regarding your return request.

Only requests sent to this e-mail address will be taken into consideration. Your product must be unused with all accessories intact, in its original packaging/box and with all labels attached. The product must be in the same condition as when it was received.

The product must be sent with a receipt or a document that proves the purchase. You will be informed when the returned products are received by us. Mosidar reserves the right to reject the refund if the product does not meet the policy conditions. If the return is approved, the payment will be returned to your account within 14 days.

Exchange:

Exchange is made within 14 days after receiving your order. The same conditions apply as for returns.

If you need to exchange a product, please send an e-mail to contact@mosidar.com for further guidance. All taxes and expenses incurred in exchanges and returns are the responsibility of the customer. Return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Mosidar does not accept responsibility for items lost in the mail during returns and exchanges. Shipping costs that may occur during returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer and cannot be claimed from Mosidar.

1 Usage and Security Rules

www.mosidar.com is a public site. Services provided for all members are free of charge, except for Advanced Membership or unless otherwise stated. In the following written cases, the site administration may prevent the member from using the site and reserves its legal rights regarding the person or persons involved in the following attempts:

1.a. In case of recording on the site information that includes incorrect, irregular, incomplete and misleading information, statements that are not in accordance with general morality rules and information that is not in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey.

1.b. In case of partial or complete copying of the works and content on the site and using or attempting to use them for different purposes.

1.c. In case of sharing the information, usage rights, such as username and password given to the members or determined by them, with third parties or organizations (including the malicious use of their password by other people), the MEMBER is directly responsible. Similarly, the MEMBER cannot use someone else's IP address, e-mail address, username and other information on the internet, nor can they access or use other users' private information without permission. Any legal and penal liability that may arise from such use belongs to the MEMBER.

1.d. In case of using software that will threaten the general security of the site, prevent the operation of the site and the software used, performing activities, attempting to perform activities and obtaining, deleting or changing information.

1.e. In case the Member/User takes advantage of any gap (technical, etc.) in www.mosidar.com campaigns, www.mosidar.com sales system or website, harms www.mosidar.com, gains an unfair advantage, makes repeated applications, acts that do not comply with the facts, benefits from the campaign or sales conditions despite not providing the requested conditions, and in case www.mosidar.com detects any misuse of www.mosidar.com campaigns, sales system or website, www.mosidar.com has the right to cancel the transactions in question, to terminate the membership of the user and to terminate the sales contract unilaterally and immediately.

2 Content Usage

Unless otherwise stated, they cannot be used for commercial or personal purposes without permission and without citing the source. 2.b. In addition, it is strictly forbidden to copy or use the software used in the design of these pages and database creation, all rights of which belong to www.mosidar.com.

2.c. www.mosidar.com is open to all kinds of criticism. All such criticisms sent to our site are our property and may be used for marketing purposes.

3 Responsibilities

3a. The information of users visiting www.mosidar.com/tr (visit duration, time, viewed pages) is tracked in order to provide them with better service. The information obtained is shared with companies we cooperate with in advertising etc. in order to enrich and improve our content section, provided that the principles of confidentiality are adhered to. 3.c. While using the www.mosidar.com website and services, the member agrees to comply with the Turkish Penal Code, Turkish Commercial Code, Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works, Decree Laws and legal regulations regarding the Protection of Trademark and Patent Rights, the Code of Obligations, other relevant legislation provisions and all kinds of announcements and notifications that www.mosidar.com may publish regarding its services. The member shall be responsible for all legal, penal and financial liabilities that may arise due to use contrary to these notifications and laws.

3.d. Due to non-compliance with the obligations specified in this agreement or the general rules stated on the www.mosidar.com website, www.mosidar.com/tr may temporarily or permanently prevent the member from using www.mosidar.com and/or cancel his/her membership.

3.e. The member cannot take any actions that prevent or complicate other members and visitors from using www.mosidar.com, cannot load or force/lock servers or databases with automatic programs. Cannot attempt to deceive data. Otherwise, his/her membership will be terminated and he/she accepts all legal and criminal liabilities that may arise from this situation.

3.f. It is the responsibility of the individuals to back up the messages made with www.mosidar.com and it is recommended by www.mosidar.com www.mosidar.com cannot be held responsible for the loss, deletion or damage of the messages due to not backing up the messages.

3.g. The member cannot delete or remove any Copyright, Trademark and any kind of Intellectual and Artistic Works Law notes from any material copied or printed from www.mosidar.com.

3.h. Membership cancellation and account deletion can be done by the customer via www.mosidar.com. The user who terminates his/her membership will have his/her access to the site revoked. The person who cancels his/her membership accepts that this process is irreversible.

3.i. www.mosidar.com or the member is free to delete or not delete any records belonging to the member account terminated by the member himself/herself, the member cannot claim any rights or compensation regarding the deleted records.

3.j. The relationships of the members of the site with each other or with third parties are the responsibility of the individuals.

The MEMBER accepts that he/she will be deemed to have accepted all the provisions of this participation agreement from the moment he/she starts using the Service and that the agreement will be valid for him/her. The MEMBER will compensate www.mosidar.com for any damages that www.mosidar.com may incur due to his/her actions contrary to the obligations he/she has undertaken with this agreement, and www.mosidar.com/tr has the right to recourse to the MEMBER for any compensation and/or administrative/judicial fines that the MEMBER may have to pay to public institutions and/or third parties due to his/her actions contrary to the agreement.

Rights and Obligations of www.mosidar.com

4.a. www.mosidar.com accepts and undertakes that the member will benefit from the services subject to the contract, except for technical malfunctions, and that information other than the personal information shared by the member will not be shared with third parties or organisations under any circumstances except for legal obligations. In the event that any electronic sabotage, attempts to interfere with earnings and/or attacks are detected that will prevent the operation of the wwww.mosidar.com/tr website by the member, or if official authorities file a criminal complaint or request for an official investigation against the member, www.mosidar.com has the right to investigate and disclose the identity information of the relevant member.

4.b. www.mosidar.com may make unilateral changes to this contract without any notification in order to ensure the continuity of the services it undertakes. www.mosidar.com has the right to permanently or temporarily stop the service it provides, change the content of the service or cancel it at any time without giving any justification. The member accepts this disposition in advance. www.mosidar.com will publish the renewed current terms of use on its website under the same link with a new date update, and if deemed necessary, it will be notified to the member by e-mail. The renewed current terms of use will be valid from the moment they are published on www.mosidar.com and the use of www.mosidar.com/tr site or services will be subject to the renewed terms of use from that moment on.

The membership of the member who has sent materials contrary to the provisions of this agreement to www.mosidar.com may be terminated unilaterally by www.mosidar.com without any notification.

4.c. After the Member/User reads and accepts these membership and terms of use, he/she will be deemed to have approved all kinds of commercial electronic messages to be sent to him/her by www.mosidar.com/tr. In this context, the Member/User accepts that www.mosidar.com may send electronic messages to him/her for information, marketing and/or advertising purposes through automatic call systems such as fax, e-mail, short message that operate without human intervention or through other means of communication without any prior permission from the Member/User.

The Member/User may waive receiving electronic messages within the scope of these terms of use at any time, without stating any reason; for this, it will be sufficient to call www.mosidar.com/tr or to forward such request using the contact information in the message. www.mosidar.com will ensure that the waive request is conveyed to him/her in an easy way and free of charge; www.mosidar.com will immediately ful fill the requirements of this request following the receipt of the request.

Entry into Force of the Agreement

From the moment the Member completes the registration process, he/she has accepted the terms specified in this agreement and this agreement has entered into force. The contract will automatically become null and void without any need for warning upon termination of membership or upon occurrence of any of the termination conditions listed in this contract.

Authorized Court and Dispute Resolution

Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized to resolve disputes that may arise from the implementation of this contract.

Notification Addresses

7.a. www.mosidar.com site does not request mailing addresses from its members in advance. However, the e-mail address provided by the member to www.mosidar.com shall be deemed as the e-mail address from which the legal address will be requested for any notifications to be made regarding this agreement.

7.b. The parties agree that unless the other party is notified in writing of any changes to their current e-mails within 3 (three) days, requests to be made to old e-mails shall be valid and deemed to have been made to them.

7.c. Again, any notification made by www.mosidar.com/tr using the member's registered e-mail address shall be deemed to have reached the member 1 (one) day after the e-mail is sent by www.mosidar.com. The MEMBER declares, accepts and undertakes that he/she has read, understood and accepted all the articles in this participation agreement and that he/she has approved the accuracy of the information provided regarding himself/herself
